While many people value ginger for its medicinal properties, everyone agrees that it is a great, exotic treat that adds sweet and spice flavors and aromas to a variety of candied recipe inspirations.

Our customers have been using crystallized or glace ginger as an addition to a number of delicious desserts for years. If you have never made ginger snap cookies with crystallized ginger coarsely chopped and mixed in the batter, you don't know what you're missing.
