  • 4 ounces Paradise Candied Cherries chopped
  • 1 stick unsalted butter divided
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 6 ounces water
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt divided
  • 4 boneless pork chops thick cut about 1-inch
