Paradise and Pennant Candied Fruit

Banana Fruit Bread

Traditional banana bread receives a flavor boost with the addition of Old English Fruit & Peel Mix. The bread is so good it will become a new family favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Old English Fruit & Peel Mix
