Candied Pineapple Brownies

When a pizza maker first put pineapple on pizza pie, everyone thought he was crazy – until they tasted it. The same is true for our candied pineapple brownies. People are a little uncertain about this flavor combination – until they take their first bite. Rich and decadent, the chocolate and pineapple blend transforms the humble brownie into a new classic.

Ingredients

• 1 package of your favorite brownie mix
• 1 can prepared chocolate frosting
• 8oz. cup candied pineapple chopped (lightly coated with flour)

Prepare brownies as instructed on package, mix in candied pineapple, and pour into prepared pan. Bake as instructed on package. Frost when brownies are cool.
