Candied Recipe for White Chocolate Bark

Looking for a special candy treat that taste’s great and is quick to make? Look no further than our white chocolate and candied cherry bark. This fast and easy recipe makes two pounds of sweet and crunchy candy perfection, ideal for gift-giving and holiday gatherings.

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup (6 ounces) Candied Whole Red Cherries, cut into halves.
• 3/4 cup (6 ounces) Candied Whole Green Cherries, cut into halves.
• 1 cup pecan halves.
• 16 ounces white chocolate, melted.

Directions:

Stir Candied Cherries and pecans into melted chocolate; spread mixture into thin layer on greased cookie sheet. Let stand until firm. Cut into squares or break into pieces. Store covered at room temperature.

Makes 2 pounds of candy
