Crystallized Ginger Gingerbread Bars

These thin, golden-brown bars look deceivingly plain, but pack the perfect punch of ginger. Molasses, cinnamon and crystallized ginger combine into a sharp yet sweet flavor that is sure to please. Cut into squares or use your favorite cookie cutters to shape them to fit your seasonal or entertainment requirements. The best part of using cookie cutters is that you get to eat the off-cuts! Great for stocking the cookie jar, entertaining, or enjoying with a cup of tea.
