  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups mixed peel
  • ½ cup candied cherries
  • ¼ cup raisins
