  • 1 cup finely ground almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp raw cane sugar optional but adds great texture
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 large egg or one flax egg plus 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Candied Cherry Pineapple Mix
  • 1 tbsp Candied Orange peel
  •  Optional Glaze
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp raw cane sugar
