Preheat oven at 350°. Prepare cupcake pan with paper liners.
Dredge 8 oz Candied Orange Peel in flour. Set Aside.
In a large bowl, mix orange cake mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, orange extract and beat on medium speed until it becomes fluffy. Add the candied orange peel & mix. Fill prepared cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 350 F for 17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cupcakes comes out clean.
On Glaze, mix powdered sugar and orange juice. Glazed on top.
